Shipping & Handling: For optimum freshness at a reasonable cost, we ship US Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery) through the United States Postal Service (USPS). During the hot summer months, we ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays if we determine that your order can be received by Saturday. If not, we will ship the following Monday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped at the beginning of the next week. We're sorry but with US Priority Mail delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

What is the best way to store pecans? The best way to store pecans is in an airtight container. We do not add preservatives to any of our nut candies, so please keep cool & dry, using extra care in the summer to keep them away from sun, heat or humidity. For the best flavor and quality, we suggest that you eat pecans within 2 - 3 weeks. If held longer than that, store in the freezer in an airtight container. Brownies should be consumed within one week; if you hold longer than that, please store airtight in the freezer.
What type of payment can I use? On this website, credit card transactions are handled by PayPal but you do not need to have a PayPal account. [You can choose to proceed through checkout without opening a PayPal account. Your credit card information will be safe and secure. We will not have access to your personal information.
